This month's question: What is your favorite health-related book that you've read?
Danielle: 365 Tao - Not necessarily health related. These are daily readings with a taoist aspect. Short sweet and surprisingly timely!
Hannah: The Omnivore's Dilemma, by Michael Pollen, is very eye opening in regards to the American food system. Highly encourage everyone to read it!
Denise: Motivational Interviewing in Nutrition and Fitness, by Dawn Clifford and Laura Curtis
Jaime: My favorite health related book is "Body Love" by Kelly Leveque.
Klay: The Wim Hof Method: Activate Your Full Human Potential.
Lori: So many….. But, The Gifts of Imperfection, by Brene Brown is a fav.
Kathy: I am currently reading Why Has Nobody Told Me This Before? Written by Dr. Julie Smith, it provides a “mental health toolbox.”
Anna: I read more business books than anything, and again Simon Sinek is the man! The Infinite Game, Together is Better (Complete with a heavenly scratch and sniff page) & Leaders Eat Last …to name a few.
