Cucumber Summer Salad

Ingredients

  • I large seedless cucumber

  • 2-3 tomatoes

  • 1//2 red onion

  • Red wine vinegar to taste

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon oregano

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Slice cucumber and onion, and dice tomatoes. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Mix and enjoy!
