Medical Fitness Training: Our Trainers provide a comprehensive and complementary approach to help our clients with medical concerns reach their maximum state of good health through exercise. We have experience training a variety of chronic and acute conditions so you can get back to the person you want to be.
Sports Training: Our Sports Training focuses on the individual athlete, their goals, injuries and needs. We aren’t here to work with every athlete, we’re here to make YOUR athlete great! We provide sport specific strength and conditioning, speed and agility, assessments, mental preparation, injury prevention, recovery and nutrition.
Intelligent Eating: Our Intelligent Eating Programs help guide you to a healthier way of eating that is right for you! Our 12 week program includes workshops and regular day by day accountability. It’s followed with long term support to keep you on track.
No matter what your needs are, we have training that will be perfect for you!
One-on-One Personal Training: We plan our session for our clients and work with them to achieve their goals. We progressively and systematically make small changes to your life to enact permanent change. Our goal is to customize your experience for your unique self to set you up for a successful and healthy life.
Classes: A series of fun and challenging workouts based on your level of capability determined by your FMS score and which will progressively increase your level of fitness. Classes for general fitness, sport specific and medical fitness are available.
Self Circuits: Self circuits are times that you can workout on your own but with a program planned by one of your IF trainers or our Workout of the Week.
