Joining Intelligent Fitness was one of the best decisions my husband and I ever made! We went from working out sporadically maybe once a week (if that) to working out 3-4 days a week consistently. Everyone at IF is fantastic and they really take the time to personalize your workout to YOU. The group classes are fun and engaging, and we've made great friends! On top of all that, the trainers at IF are pros at creating challenging but appropriate workouts. As a physical therapist myself, I can truly give IF my stamp of approval and would recommend it to anyone who's new to working out, trying to get back in shape, or who's been a gym rat for a long time!

Fantastic facility!  I'm 56 and have been a member for 3 years.  My wife was a member/trainer at Curves, and now we train together at IF.  They offer a great variety of options, including; one-on-one personal training, strength and cardio fitness classes, and Yoga.  Whether you're a young athlete in great condition, or approaching retirement, you'll feel comfortable and fulfilled here.  The staff / trainers at this facility are very knowledgeable, passionate, and above all, great people to work with.  Much of the training I've received here, I'm able to use when traveling.  Give them a try, you'll be glad you did!

Friendsgiving Classes

Friday, November 26th

Bring your family and friends to Intelligent Fitness on Friday, November 26th for our annual Friendsgiving Event! We are offering 3 awesome classes for our clients, family and friends. So join us for a good time and post-feast workout!

Clients can bring up to 3 guests to any of our classes for FREE on Black Friday. Including Afterburn at 8am ~ Foundations at 9am ~ Yoga at 10am.  

Donations will also be taken during Friendsgiving to benefit Compassion Delivered, an organization who's mission is to provide nutritional meals to people who are coping with chronic, life-threatening illnesses and diseases.

Join Intelligent Fitness Trainer Jaime Palinchak on Monday, November 14th from 6:30 to 7:30pm for Debunking Common Nutrition Myths, an informational workshop that will explore five of the most common nutrition myths promoted by diet culture and the media.


Learn how to navigate the confusion of what society says healthy eating means with us! There is no one size fits all approach or quick fix for healthy eating.
