- 8 week program, $200
- Great for help with your first 5K, a return to running protocol after injury, or race programming between major races
- 12 week program, $225
- Perfect for your first 1/2 marathon or multiple races in a season.
**All programming consists of a 1 hour consultation. A written, week by week running protocol and a 1 hour follow up consult with explanation and tips.
