Megan discovered the transformative power of Yoga in 2008 when she first did the P90X program. She began a vinyasa practice soon after, that has continued today. As an athlete with flexibility problems she found Yoga helped keep her injury free. But it was the mental and spiritual aspect that changed her life. She began practicing for the exercise but continues to practice because it taps into her inner strength and she feels more connected to God.
Megan is a disciple of Jesus, wife and mother of 4 beautiful children. She began teaching after her 4th child in 2012. She has received two 200 hour RYT certifications, a 95 hour Holy Yoga certification and a 60 hour Trauma Sensitive Yoga certification. Megan has been blessed to teach well over 1000 hours of yoga which has earned her an E-RYT 200 status.
A class with Megan will challenge you not only physically but mentally and spiritually as well. Every class is themed with music and topic. She weaves her topic throughout the class giving her students something to ponder on as they flow.
